I am adding a citation to this article about industrial hemp fiber composites and life cycle assessment data. I am disclosing that I have a connection to one of the companies referenced in the citation (Heartland Industries). The citation is to an editorially independent third-party publication (CompositesWorld) and the information added is factual and verifiable. I am not adding promotional content and I am not creating or editing any article about myself or my companies. Although your disclosure is appropriate, the information and sources added are WP:PROMO, WP:UNDUE as a new, unreviewed material (needs a WP:SCIRS review), and WP:NOTNEWS. I reverted the edit. Zefr (talk) 22:04, 8 June 2026 (UTC)Reply

Hey Zefr - I apologize for the misunderstanding. I thought I was taking the appropriate steps with the COI disclosure. I can see how this is perceived as promotional content (although I am no longer an executive or affiliated with Heartland Industries). I will try to be more mindful about the citations I am adding.
