Wikidata: Merge suggested

Hi! This article is currently associated with the Wikidata item d:Q21450095, which only links to the English Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons.

There is, however, a more complete Wikidata item at d:Q1593656, which already includes sitelinks to multiple language versions of the same surname topic (e.g. German, French, Russian).

Since both items describe the same surname, it would make sense to merge Q21450095 into Q1593656. I don’t have the rights to perform the merge myself.

Could someone please take care of that?

Also: What are the requirements for gaining permission to merge Wikidata items myself?
