Health and utility section
[edit]@MBackholm: Thanks for adding a section to the article based on a properly cited scholarly source. It just needs some changes to fit Wikipedia's house style; at the moment it's written in a textbook style. On Wikipedia we don't use first-person or second-person language ("every decision we take during our lifetime" / "when you introduce the uncertainty") and we can't tell the reader what to do ("Think of X as...").
