Request to update DGP designation

The lead section and infobox currently describe the Director General of Police as holding "Additional Charge".

This information appears to be outdated. Shri Ajay Singhal has since been appointed as the full-time Director General of Police, Haryana.

Please update the following:

**Lead section** (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haryana_Police):

 * From: "Present DGP (Additional Charge) of Haryana Police is Ajay Singhal..."
 * To: "Present Director General of Police (DGP) of Haryana Police is Ajay Singhal."

**Infobox** (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haryana_Police):

 * Remove "(Additional Charge)" from the DGP designation so that it reflects his substantive appointment.
