An edit was summarized

It shouldn't be moved to given name page. Given name Haruka can have various meanings. But generally haruka means 'distant' or 'long ago' so it should stay here.

and restored the text

Haruka (はるか, ハルカ) is a Japanese word meaning "far off, distant, long ago" (遥か or 遙か).

Dabs do not provide information, nor distinguish meanings of words that we have no articles for. The multiple meanings of haruka may, or not, add to the value of various articles that the accompanying Dab page links to, but the information about a meaning or multiple meanings belongs in articles only, and may not appear on this Dab.
See Dab and MoSDab as needed.
