His name was "Teitelbaum," not "Tietlebaum." He was arrested under his real name in 1931 and tried and convicted under that name in the 1950s. See United States v. Stromberg, 268 F.2d 256 (2d Cir. 1959).
The article needs work in other areas.Teitelbaum may not have been as big a name as Lansky or Siegel, but he deserves better treatment than this stub. RuthlessIrishman (talk) 03:20, 26 March 2026 (UTC)Reply
