Notice that is not a script W, but like the W used on the pre-1961 Washington Senators' caps. The 1961 Washington Senators were an expansion team; the team using that city name and team nickname in 1960 was, from 1961 onward, the Minnesota Twins. So is there something on Wikipedia about the Senators' uniforms (1960 and earlier, and 1961-1971)?
