Power lifters and Weight lifters
[edit]There's wrist wraps in Powerlifting for the Bench as well as in Weightlifting for the Snatch and Clean. The length, width and materials used are restricted in Powerlifting associations. There's also knee wraps in Powerlifting. The mysterious 'gel'
[edit]What is this 'gel' I keep seeing everywhere? Google and Wikipedia can't tell me what gel is. Is it the same thing as hair gel? Aerogel? --John Moser (talk) 13:41, 23 October 2016 (UTC)
