Hamer H. Budge → Hamer Budge – per WP:COMMONNAME. Budge was overwhelmingly known as "Hamer Budge," not "Hamer H. Budge." a Newspapers.com search from 1950 to 2003 (the years he was in public life) in Idaho shows 7,187 results for "Hamer Budge" and 1,746 results for "Hamer H. Budge." thus, per WP:COMMONNAME, "Hamer Budge" is the name that is most commonly used (as determined by its prevalence in a significant majority of independent, reliable, English-language sources).
