Naming Change to Halter Top

- Indeed, halterneck is a shape of part of a garment. Halter top is a specific type of garment incorporating such a thing. Hence the statement, "This can refer to either a dress or a separate shirt". - Well, the page should be moved to halter neck (since that is the wp:common wp:english name) and we should have a halter top article as well, but the two pages shouldn't be combined since they have different wp:scopes.

Etymology

- Halter actually comes from the old word for "lead rope", in reference to horses and farm animals, but yes it's Germanic. — LlywelynII 02:49, 7 May 2016 (UTC)
