- Hm.... I read this book a while back, and it covers a lot of the historical ground. Obviously more recent sources would be ideal, but it's not the sort of topic that changes rapidly and that might be a starting point for getting it not completely unreferenced.
- And the stuff at the bottom about other uses of the term really doesn't belong in this article, but I'm not sure where it should live instead. -- Avocado (talk) 16:01, 18 April 2025 (UTC)
