1996 incident in View Royal

I don't see any mention of this incident in the Wikipedia article. The Times Colonist articles don't provide enough detail to reliably add mention of the incident to Wikipedia and so will park it on the talk page here until better sources can be located. --Marc Kupper|talk 19:24, 16 April 2026 (UTC)

While any longish RAS will provide a textbook example of stupid time, it occurs very frequently when attention wanders because actions have become routine.
