COI edit request: replace article with a sourced version

Declaration. I operate guneku.org and am closely connected with the Guneku community, and I created this article in 2015. I am not editing the article directly. I am asking uninvolved editors to review the proposed replacement below and to implement it only if they agree with it.

Why a replacement rather than incremental fixes

• Five {{citation needed}} tags have stood since January 2019 and the tagged material is still unsourced.
• The stated population of "approximately 15 000" is contradicted by the national census, which records 2,394 for Guneku (BUCREP, Répertoire actualisé des villages du Cameroun, 3e RGPH 2005, vol. IV tome 7, p. 319).
• The article describes a "paramount Fon". The Ministry of Territorial Administration's published list of second-degree traditional chiefdoms records Guneku as a second-degree chiefdom (entry 595), constituted by arrêté no. 37 of 19 January 1982.
• The GUDECA passage, the infrastructure percentages, the list of telephone operators, the tourism sentence and the paragraph on household gender roles were tagged in January 2019 as editorialising and promotional. None has been sourced since.
• I have not attempted to source any of that material from guneku.org. Anything that could not be supported by an independent or official source has been removed rather than cited to the village's own website. This article's history includes a 2015 copyright removal of text that I had copied from that site, and I am deliberately not repeating it.
• The replacement relies on the national census, the Ministry's published chiefdom list, and a report by the Cameroon News Agency.

Other changes

• Category narrowed from Category:Populated places in Cameroon to Category:Populated places in Northwest Region (Cameroon).
• The raw latitude/longitude/MGRS text is moved into an infobox. The coordinate is unchanged in substance: 6°01′45″N 9°58′50″E matches the GEOnet Names Server record (GeoNames 2230853) that already underlies the article's existing coordinate.
• The worldweatheronline external link is dropped per WP:ELNO.
• The existing image is retained, with a caption that does not identify the individual, as I have no reliable source establishing which fon is pictured.

Note for anyone updating Wikidata separately: Q22082378 currently gives 6°3′N 9°56′E, about 4 km from the gazetteer position. I have not changed it and am not proposing a change to it here.

The proposed article is shorter than the current one. That is intentional.

== Traditional administration ==

Guneku is the seat of a traditional chiefdom. == Culture ==
The Michi Ebeng cultural festival is held at the fon's palace.
