Hi folks, Per IUCN (doi: 10.2305/IUCN.UK.2016-1.RLTS.T57527A84177016.en) and Amphibian Species of the World, as of 22. June 2026, this is the preferred name for the species that is currently housed at Mantidactylus tornieri.
