This is a B-classed article that has problems that at a minimum fails #3 and #4 of the assessment criteria having some flow issues, grammatical errors, and a single paragraph lead that can be tagged.
Some wording is non-sensible like "One deckhand was struck on the harm and seriously injured." in the Labor dispute subsection (spelling) and "...but the damages during out to be more than $4,000.", in the Damaged by Morrison Street drawbridge section, and is at risk of being demoted.
