Upgraded to B-class: expanded lead to three paragraphs per MOS:LEAD; added inline citations to Placer County entry, Coulterville paragraph, and Geology section; resolved Climate section {{citation needed}} tag; removed marginal external links; fixed overlinking throughout per MOS:OVERLINK; expanded Transportation section from two to five paragraphs covering steamboat, stagecoach, railroad, and highway history with sourced content; expanded Counties and Towns list from approximately 70 to 130+ entries across 13 counties (added Stanislaus County; corrected Knights Ferry, Smartsville, and Timbuctoo to correct counties; added Gold Rush towns for Mariposa, Nevada, Plumas, Sacramento, Stanislaus, and Yuba counties); added Coulterville Main Street Historic District as sub-entry; alphabetized all town lists; full MOS audit (alt text on all images, mdy dates, en-dashes for ranges, external links cleaned).
