What does "access code P04706.1" mean? 195.38.82.187 (talk) 10:18, 30 October 2022 (UTC)Reply

unable to back up claim "glutelins are a class of prolamin"

[edit]

Was doing a literature search, wasn't able to find any sources to back this up. The phrase "through modern analysis" was also very unclear. Perhaps it was confusing Gluten (which can be partially a Gliadin in wheat and therefore a Prolamin) vs Glutelin?

The edit seem to have originated here, where "...are a class of Prolamin-like" was changed to "a class of Prolamin": https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Glutelin&oldid=947317568
