letter origin
[edit]@82.9.101.223 The Ղ lines up with lambda in the Greek alphabet when put side by side (this argument is mentioned by some sources in the Armenian alphabet article), and tends to correspond to lambda in loanwords. It's not implausible afaict but I haven't seen any source argue that this letter comes from gani. Awelotta (talk) 19:24, 3 July 2026 (UTC)
