The rules in the external links aren't explicit, but it is allowed by the notation (e.g., the first column is "b") so I think it makes sense. But it doesn't seem appropriate to clarify that in the article without a source. Bennetto (talk) 22:39, 3 November 2011 (UTC)Reply
