Include India's Gen Z protest

[edit]

On 6 June The Cockroach Janata Party in India staged a protest which is widely referred as a Gen Z protest. Surely India should be included as a country with Gen Z protests. ~2026-33669-12 (talk) 05:28, 7 June 2026 (UTC)Reply

Sources? Also the CJP protests are not Gen Z but widespread opposition collaborated protests. They dont show much similarities to Gen Z Protests but are regular student protests collaborated with the opposition. Kgeo2.0 (talk) 15:09, 27 June 2026 (UTC)Reply

There is an inconsistency in American and British spelling

[edit]

This article has both spelling variants and it tells us to use British English. Can we just replace Z with S? ~2026-32705-16 (talk) 21:43, 2 July 2026 (UTC)Reply

Protests in the U.S.

[edit]

this is half a question on narrowing down the subject of this article, and half genuine curiosity on if there's an agreed upon reason as to why none of the protests in the U.S. are included in this article, or if it simple hasnt been done yet. I feel like plenty of protests kinda fit the theme of this article, like:

- George Floyd / Black Lives Matter protests in 2020,
- LGBTQ+ and transgender-rights student walkouts since 2021,
- Post-Dobbs abortion-rights protests since 2022,
- Pro-Palestinian campus protests and encampments from about 2023 until 2025, and
- Anti-ICE and immigrant-rights student walkouts.
