Outcome after remanded for clarification
[edit]The article claims that "Subsequently, the trial Court found in favor of Garratt and was affirmed by the state Supreme Court." but there is citation. I cannot verify this information. I think it should be removed unless someone can find an actual source. Leafcathead (talk) 20:04, 7 August 2024 (UTC)
