Move discussion
[edit]Just a heads up that there is a move discussion in progress on Talk:Gamergate (harassment campaign) (over 7 days ago) proposing that that article is the primary topic over this one. I just found out about it, and it looks like this page was never notified of that yet.
For those not familiar with the history of move requests related to this, this article was recently moved away from Gamergate and a disambiguation page was put in it's place in this previous move discussion. KoA (talk) 20:00, 13 November 2024 (UTC)
2025
[edit]Just another heads up as I just found out there was another move discussion that claimed the harassment campaign is the primary topic over this one without even notifying this page, and that's after the last RM determining consensus was that the harassment topic is not the primary topic (and to stick with a disambig page for both topics instead). I've at least put in a request for the closer to re-open discussion so this topic can be notified before I log off for the day. KoA (talk) 21:36, 30 June 2025 (UTC)
- Just so both pages are fully aware, the discussion has not been reopened yet to allow editors who follow this page's subject to comment on which if any is the primary topic, so a move review has been initiated: Wikipedia:Move_review/Log/2025_July#Gamergate. KoA (talk) 05:44, 1 July 2025 (UTC)
