Dead links
[edit]There appears to be a vast number of dead wiki links for various taxons. Is it better to keep them since they would indeed be useful if those pages are later made/restored, or remove them in the meantime? Lomekwian Llama (talk) 16:34, 12 March 2026 (UTC)
- Do you mean the red links? The term dead link usually refers to links that no longer point to their original content. It is generally good practice to keep red links when their subjects are notable, as in here, as it incentivizes the creation of those articles (See WP:RED).
