According fr:WP les beignets ( fritelli dans le Nord de l'île, friteddi dans le Sud ) de brocciu (fromage de lait caillé de brebis) which means Fritelli in the islands north, Friteddi in th South are made of (sheep) cheese. bkb (talk) 14:29, 12 June 2016 (UTC)Reply

Thanks! Here they are called "Fritelli di Casgiu Frescu", but they can be filled also with brocciu. I updated the article and sourced it. Alex2006 (talk) 17:30, 12 June 2016 (UTC)Reply
