Cornelius is described as an active Nazi working on the "Jewish question", but no mention is made of how he went from that to a regular life after wartime. Was he tried as a Nazi? Was he rehabilitated? Did he just slip through to go on to live a regular life? The latter is probably what happened but it seems like a glaring omission not to make note of this.
