[edit]Some of the data comes from the current (and possibly previous) Franklins website. A tiny bit from the start comes from the page of a Uni of Newcastle academic. Most of it comes from people's personal recollections.

The origan is correct, my grandpar, and as a result my father lived next door to Frank Lindstrom at Strathfield in untill 1957. I would get my father to write here about Frank, but he only knows as much as a small kid would. --Amckern 17:09, 26 April 2006 (UTC)

More IGAs convert to Franklins
[edit]Probably should add info about 2 more IGA franchises converting to Franklins franchises. The two additions are: Newtown and Springwood. Unfortunately I don't currently have the time to write something up myself, so here are some references while I can find them. :)
