This page should not be speedy deleted as an unambiguous copyright infringement, because former text has been replaced by a translation of the French wikipedia article (your reason here) --Hektor (talk) 15:09, 13 August 2024 (UTC)Reply

This page should not be speedy deleted as an unambiguous copyright infringement, because... im not sure on the copyright side, but Fram2 is a spacex crewed mission to polar orbit announced 13/ Aug /24 and therefore the page should stay, however it might need updating  Preceding unsigned comment added by AviationStructure (talkcontribs) 16:33, 13 August 2024 (UTC)Reply

Subjected Nationality of Astronauts

[edit]

As per the Fram2 website(f2.com) I can clearly see the double nationality of Chun Wang(Malta, and St. Kitts and Nevis) alongside Jannicke Mikkelsen(Norway, and UK). You can see the highlighted flags at the back with an Antarctic background when scrolling down and seeing astronaut details.

@RickyCourtney, I observe you have been undoing my edits but I want to give you reasons openly and clarify this for both of us.

If you have any coutnerexamples, please give and elaborate. Lets just see which one is better! Ven123Wiki (talk) 08:42, 10 March 2025 (UTC)Reply

I’ve never seen the flags on the website until now… it’s very subtle. However their spacesuits only have the Malta and Norway flags. I think we can add the dual flags, but Malta and Norway should be first and we need a note that they will only wear one. It’s similar to NASA astronauts with dual citizenship, who have generally only worn the U.S. flag, for example Michael López-Alegría and Andy Thomas. Thanks @RickyCourtney, glad we could come to a conclusion together.
And you do raise a good point, Malta and Norway have to be first due to their primary citizenship and/or place of residence. It is also probably what they used to apply for the program as well.
