Is this a necessary page?
[edit]The seems to be not belong as its own page. Blazing234 (talk) 20:26, 11 May 2026 (UTC)
- @Blazing234 I agree, if "software engineer" doesn't even have its own page, this specialization should not either. ~2026-31796-07 (talk) 23:14, 27 May 2026 (UTC)
- "Software engineering" has his page, that is the reason why "software engineer" doesn't need one.
- "Forward Deployed Engineer" is a new role becomming more popular (look it up in Google Trends). It was a specialized term of Palantir, but is now used from several AI companies - it should be in Wikipedia. MacCopper (talk) 11:14, 29 May 2026 (UTC)
- Does everything panitir do deserve its own page?
- It seems redundant and should be a redirect. Blazing234 (talk) 04:02, 31 May 2026 (UTC)
Amazon
[edit]They call it frontier teams~2026-38073-05 (talk) 06:41, 4 July 2026 (UTC)
- So if multiple companies are calling it different things why is this page even here?
- It seems the only difference between this and other classic roles is it's focused on AI implementation, which to me doesn't mean it should have a page.
- Or why not have a frontier teams wiki page too? Blazing234 (talk) 20:44, 5 July 2026 (UTC)
