Addition of historical content to article

In aims to help with the article's contribution to WikiProject Fashion and WikiProject Women's History, I have added further description of elements making-up a fontange, with discussion and link to lappets, as well as consideration of later use of the word, as associated with corsages in the mid-nineteenth century.
