Regardless of whether or not it is native to Montserrat, it has been recorded there. The flora of an area is not restricted to non-introduced plants, and Araucaria heterophylla has been recorded on Montserrat per the Durrell biodiversity survey, albeit as an introduced plant. The checklist of flora likewise lists it and includes a specimen (McClelland 904), and observations of it have been made on iNaturalist.
