Improving quality of this page
[edit]The city of Boston Massachusetts has announced a new coastal flood projection draft plan which calls for extensive use of flood walls. Wanting to learn more about flood walls vs levees and other flood management approaches, I see page is flagged as Start quality and needs citations, so will be putting attention on it.
