The article is missing the most important part: What is flashcopy, and how does it differ from a regular copy. That information is on the referenced source page, and is very clear. I would recommend bringing it in from there.

The point that needs to be made, is that a FlashCopy is a LOGICAL snapshot, and usually it is done ine the NOCOPY mode.
