Filing Fees
[edit]The article currently reads more like a page about filing fees than it does about filing. It reads to me like someone with an agenda (filing fees are bad) has come along and added some stuff about filing fees and then someone else has tried to balance it out by adding some more stuff about filing fees. I suggest scrapping all the stuff about filing fees except for a minor mention that they exist One square on the chessboard (talk) 23:32, 4 September 2008 (UTC)

Disambugation

Is Filing just US
