Establishment of Federal Power Commission
[edit]This article on the Federal Power Commission states that it was "organized originally on June 23, 1930". Contrary to that, the article "Federal Energy Regulatory Commission" specifies the establishment of the Federal Power Commission in 1920 and a change towards an independent regulatory agency (IRA) in 1935.

- The confusion seems to stem from page 294 of this document. The prose explicitly states that the FPC was formed in 1930. Maybe it's some kind of an error, since page 293 grants the existence of the FPC prior to 1930. —Bill Price (nyb) 18:44, 1 February 2012 (UTC)
