Inclusion of Nascar Sponsorship

[edit]

I don't think this belongs. I reworked it, but it still reads like a Nascar article in an article about a Cargo airline, talking about place finished and blah blah. Not really relevant to an entry about a CARGO AIRLINE. I'm considering taking it out. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by WStewart07 (talkcontribs) 17:05, 6 April 2007 (UTC).Reply

Should be merged into the main FedEx article. 72.77.5.2 03:08, 26 August 2007 (UTC)Reply

Pictures

[edit]

Is this about the air division or... I'm just confused about the photos of the trucks and then a picture of an envelope or if they belong in the article. --MattBinYYC (talk) 05:34, 11 August 2021 (UTC)Reply

FedEx Express rebranding to FedEx in 2024

[edit]

Per multiple sources FedEx Express has rebranded to FedEx, not sure if we should move/rename this page to FedEx or something similar but the page “FedEx” is already being used by FedEx Corporation. FedEx Express aircraft have already been getting the new livery which only says FedEx bold on the side of the plane with no Express.

Fleet

[edit]

Moving this here to prevent an edit war - @AVA Navigate, Ref :2 which you named in your edit summary is dated May 2016, not 2026 Danners430 tweaks made 20:58, 14 February 2026 (UTC)Reply

So you want me to update the access date and we’ll be fine? AVA Navigate (talk) 21:41, 14 February 2026 (UTC)Reply
Because I’m not sure on what you are saying about these dates now you’re saying May 2016 I’m assuming not 2916 after you said March 2025? The data from the Boeing website says at the top left 1/31/2026 that’s the date the information was updated. AVA Navigate (talk) 21:44, 14 February 2026 (UTC)Reply
So:
  • Yes, I meant 2016 not 2916… I’m calling that fat finger syndrome!
  • I previously said March 2025 because the newest source in that table is from March 2025, and that was the date in the As Of template. Note that that’s what that template is for - it indicates the last time the content was verified and updated (and by the sources, that was March 2025)
  • If indeed :2 is the source you’re using to verify your alteration, then yes - altering the access-date is exactly what’s needed. The perfect example of the confusion not updating that date causes is exemplified by my assumption you were using the more recent March 2025 source at the top of the table! Think of it this way… would the 2016 version of that source verify what you added? If not then we need to update the source.
