[edit]

This defines faradaic current as "The current (or current density) that is flowing through an electrochemical cell and is causing (or is caused by) chemical reactions (charge transfer) occurring at the electrode surfaces." rather than a mere redox reaction. Which is right? Discuss both definitions? Thanks. Lfstevens (talk) 22:36, 30 May 2013 (UTC)Reply

[edit]

The page says "decreasing the rate of mass transfer to the electrode." will have a similar effect to increasing the voltage. Shouldn't increasing the mass transfer rate have a similar effect to increasing voltage? Ionsme2 (talk) 05:16, 20 July 2021 (UTC)Reply
