Both of the references presented here ultimately trace back to the company, the GNU page is simply repeating what is found in the company's guide, which I assume is their development kit. There is no trace of a "FT32" on their web site, nor anywhere else, and the company does not appear to offer CPU designs for sale. From what I can tell, FT32 may refer to an embedded controller in their line of USB controllers, but even that is a leap. In any event, this does not appear to be an actual CPU.
