I think the weighting equation needs two clarifications, but I don't know enough about eBIR yet to be sure of them myself:
1. define f_{x,j} as the frequency of the term (is it the frequency or the count?) 2. the max_i Idf_x should be max_i Idf_i, correct?
Once I get farther in my reading I'll make the changes myself
