Is this really salsa? Maybe, conga. But, it does not sound like any other salsa song. (Movies lie about what salsa is BTW.)

It's not really salsa, but in 1982 nobody in the UK had a clue what salsa or any other Latin American music sounded like... this was the generic "idea" of what salsa sounded like to the average Brit... it's just a party pop song. Richard3120 (talk) 21:20, 26 August 2021 (UTC)Reply
