Missing online appendix

The paper by Kremer & Shiu (2003) includes only the enumeration for the large Wilf-equivalence class, listed here with bases {4321, 4123}, {4321, 3412}, {4123, 3214}, and {4123, 2143}. The derivations of the remaining seven enumerations appeared in an online appendix. I distinctly remember this appendix, and I think I also recall a much longer preprint version of the paper that included these enumerations.

Unfortunately, I can no longer locate either the appendix or the preprint. Does anyone know where one of these two might still be accessible? Vince Vatter (talk) 16:56, 4 June 2025 (UTC)Reply

@Vince Vatter: If you go to the paper the appendix is mentioned in the abstract and there is a tiny little link at the bottom that says "Electronic Appendixes available. See http://www.elsevier.com/locate/disc" but that link does not point anywhere. Perhaps you should reach out to the editor-in-chief. --JBL (talk) 17:52, 5 June 2025 (UTC)Reply

Clarify meaning of table entries?

An IP editor was recently confused by the use of "polynomial" (when the sequence is itself a polynomial in the length of the permutations) vs. "rational g.f." (which includes the former class as a subclass, but is a description of the g.f. for the sequence rather than the sequence itself). Perhaps there is some way to add a key or other explanatory text so that people less familiar with the terminology will be able to understand this article better? --JBL (talk) 13:41, 16 August 2012 (UTC)Reply
