First Equation Is Messy

[edit]

I'd edit it if I was absolutely sure, but it ends in a partial derivative with respect to t but with no value afterwards. Then it says "it acts on the wavefunction" and gives that on a different line. Am I supposed to take it as the wavefunction is what comes right after the partial derivative? If so then that whole equation should be on the same line, not separate.75.128.143.229 (talk) 18:05, 9 September 2015 (UTC)Reply

Nothing is wrong with the expression for the energy operator; as the name suggests it operates on things that it's left multiplied with.Loiyer (talk) 21:18, 4 June 2016 (UTC)Reply
