The current article body covers the organization's founding and recent developments but lacks a coherent chronological narrative of the intervening decades. The proposed section draws on publicly available sources and the organization's own documented history, covering the following periods: * 1975–1981: Founding by Robert T. Davis under the SIFE name * 1982–1984: Near-collapse during the early 1980s recession and rebuilding under Alvin Rohrs * 1985–1994: U.S. campus expansion and corporate partnerships * 1995–2000: International expansion, including Central Asia, led by University of Nebraska–Lincoln * 2001–2011: Inaugural SIFE World Cup in London (2001) and growth to 45+ countries * 2012: Rebranding as Enactus at the Washington, D.C.
