Lead sentence appears to be incorrect

Lead sentence was
"Emergent usually refers to emergence, or its belief system emergentism."
This appears not to be the case, i.e., appears to be opinion or WP:OR of editor.
The American Heritage® Dictionary of the English Language Fourth Edition does not even give these as definition of "emergence" or "emergent".- http://bartleby.com/61/93/E0109300.html -- http://www.bartleby.com/61/99/E0109900.html -

I'm not sure that everything currently on this list is referred to by the term "emergent" by itself; the list should probably be shortened, and Special:PrefixIndex/Emergent added to the "See also" section. B7T (talk) 23:35, 7 December 2010 (UTC)Reply
