factual disagreement
[edit]There is a factual disagreement, or inconsistency, between what is claimed by this article about the nutritional status of venison and what is stated on the Elk page, namely the issue of cholesterol. The Elk page states a high cholesterol content, and backs it up with a US Fish and Game report on the nutritional content of venison in its uncooked state. Please reconcile the facts.
