"Elisabeth Stuart Phelps" is now a redirect to this page, while that name indicates a different author (namely, the mother of "Elizabeth Stuart Phelps Ward") - both are already accessible through Elizabeth Stuart (disambiguation)

Refers to a different Elizabeth Phelps, the wife (and co-author) of Charles Edward Davis Phelps. (They wrote The Bailiff of Tewkesbury see Collaborators in Literary America, 1870-1920.)

American Women's Fiction, 1790-1870: A Reference Guide, Barbara A. White, 2007, page 233 gives Leigh North, H. Trusta and Mary Adams as pseudonyms of Elizabeth Wooster Stuart Phelps (1815-52) - the mother of the subject of this article.
