  • Comment: Just to record why in my view this can be accepted. I don't see Presumed Notability can apply here, reading over from (say) a bishop. The nearest Anglican equivalent would the Dean of the Arches and they would not have presumed notability. On the other hand I would see the subject's appointment to the Beth Din is not run of the mill, given that the appointment has prestige and that some Dayanim stay in post for decades. The coverage of the appointment and to the Shul (arguable ROTM) are useful since they include comments about the subject by third parties. Therefore I think that WP:BASIC is met here.   • Comment: Many of the sources here are WP:PRIMARY. The handful of secondary sources appear to be relatively routine announcements on his appointment. I'd suggest starting by radically paring back this draft to focus on summarising what is contained in those secondary sources, which may help you to make a clearer case that he meets our inclusion criteria.
