What is the corruption referred to?
[edit]The article has a sentence which starts, "The corruption in Welsh use had a more precise meaning". What corruption does this sentence refer to please? The article doesn't seem to explain it. 220.253.128.176 (talk) 02:42, 30 August 2011 (UTC)
