It is possible as he was a womanizer and cheated on his wife, Elizabeth, starting when their daughter, Audrey, was still a child. Audrey remembered her parents fighting on tour in Italy. Hellowiki595 (talk) 18:02, 25 August 2022 (UTC)

Original research?

It's suggested that Lucas's wife was a translator, and two books crediting a Mrs E. V. Lucas in that role are cited in evidence, but no secondary sources are. This looks like original research. Can anyone provide a proper ref? --Antiquary (talk) 12:41, 21 February 2023 (UTC)
