His relation to Charles Syphax is not defined, but two-thirds of the article is about Charles and Maria Carter Syphax. This content should be severely edited. At this point, it looks as if the only notability is through this undocumented connection.Parkwells (talk) 20:22, 13 April 2022 (UTC)Reply
