Bold terms, create redirects or unbold? (predictive and consequential dormancy)

[edit]

The terms "Predictive dormancy" and "Consequential dormancy" are currently formatted in bold text; per MOS:BOLD this would be appropriate if they are the targets of redirects (or alternative names of the subject, but that isn't the case here since they're specialized concepts of dormancy). I think it makes sense to create redirect pages for these terms and keep them bolded, but otherwise they should be formatted without bold.

I know how to change redirects, but I have less familiarity on creating pages for the purpose of a redirect, and I'm not 100% confident that these terms really should have redirect pages. If others have thoughts or suggestions, that would be appreciated. PorcelainChicken (talk) 21:18, 25 February 2026 (UTC)Reply

These are clear and reliably cited redirect targets, so I've created the redirects. The main criterion is that the search terms are plausible and occur in the target article. Chiswick Chap (talk) 08:40, 26 February 2026 (UTC)Reply
